Diamond in the Rough

This 1920’s craftsman style bungalow sat in a highly desirable neighborhood but had been neglected for more than a decade. The scope of the renovation included gutting and updating the existing kitchen and bath, as well as making repairs and updates throughout the entire first floor (interior and exterior). Additionally, the unfinished attic was expanded to create space for two new bedrooms and one full bath. A completely new staircase was also added to access the second floor (previously, the unfinished attic was accessed through a closet hatch). The final result was a fully updated four-bedroom, two-bath home that was polished from head to toe, yet retained much of its original character.
